I started Smalltown Electric and Mini-Splits LLC to proudly offer electrical and HVAC services for residential properties in Southern Central Ohio. I am a US Submarine Veteran. I was trained as a Nuclear Qualified Electrician's Mate by the US Navy. I made eight deterrent patrols onboard the USS Maryland SSBN 738 (Blue), and finished my naval career training young sailors to be nuclear electrician's mates. We will work with you to ensure that your complete satisfaction is met. RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL SERVICES
We provide all levels of residential electrical service. We can serve your needs from simple repairs to wiring services in any residential building. Including servicing generators.
APPLIANCE INSTALLATION AND REPAIR
We provide appliance repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services. This includes all your major appliances and even simple jobs such as lamp repair. We even will make repairs or lighting upgrades to your high priced holiday inflatables!
RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICES
We provide residential Air Conditioning and Heating repair and servicing. This includes variable speed heat pump systems that many everyday HVAC technicians have little experience with. We also perform maintenance services on heating and air conditioning systems including mini-split systems.
RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING SERVICES
We provide a number of residential plumbing services. This includes repairing leaking pipes, clearing clogged pipes, water heaters of all types, toilet and bidet installation, and fixture installations.
CAMERAS AND SMART DEVICES
We install residential CCTV systems, Smart residential devices, and app based camera systems. We also provide installation services for cell signal boosters and wi-fi boosters.
EMERGENCIES
We do provide limited emergency services at this time.
